This policy explains for what purpose, on what legal basis and how your personal data is processed when you use Flatmine. Flatmine is operated by Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. (Braşov, Romania).

Data processed: account details (email, full name), management data (site/block/unit, dues and payment records, account-ledger movements) and technical logs (session and security logs). Special-category data such as emergency/health information is processed only with your explicit consent and for a limited purpose.

Purposes: providing and maintaining the service, account security, preventing fraud and bot attacks, meeting legal obligations and communicating with you. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

Storage and security: data is hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union (europe-west1). Access is limited to authorised users with role-based permissions; two-factor authentication (2FA) and bot protection (App Check) are applied. Data is kept only for the relevant purpose and legal retention periods.

Your rights: under GDPR and Turkish KVKK (Law 6698) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data. This policy may be updated from time to time; we announce significant changes within the app.
