Terms of Use

By using Flatmine you are deemed to accept these terms. The service is provided by Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. (Braşov, Romania) and may be updated from time to time during development.

Account and responsibility: you are responsible for the security of your account and credentials, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter. You may use the service only for purposes you are authorised for and in compliance with applicable law.

Acceptable use: misusing the system, attempting unauthorised access to others' data, attempting to bypass security measures, or disrupting the service with abnormal loads is prohibited. Your access may be suspended in such cases.

Plans and fees: plan scopes, limits and prices may be changed with prior notice; changes do not affect a period already paid for. Flatmine does not charge residents; dues, common expenses and similar amounts are set and collected by your building management.

Advertising: Flatmine may display advertising and promotional content within the application, including on screens and forms. Ad-free use requires a separate supplementary agreement.

Reference list: Flatmine may publish only the name of the managed building and the country it is located in, in the "Our references" list on its public pages. No other information appears in that list; no address, contact details, number of units, personal data or financial data are published. If you wish to be removed from the list, simply write to info@kairadigitalarts.com; your request is carried out within a reasonable time and does not affect your service in any way.

Limitation of liability: the service is provided as is with reasonable effort; uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.
