Data Protection Notice (GDPR & KVKK)

This notice is prepared under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Flatmine is operated by Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. (Braşov, Romania).

What data and why: identity/contact details (email, name), management data (unit, dues, account ledger) and technical logs are processed for providing the service, account security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Legal bases: formation/performance of a contract, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, explicit consent. Processing is limited to and proportionate with the purpose.

Transfer and storage: data is processed only by authorised persons and to the extent the service requires; it is not sold to third parties for marketing. Hosting is in the European Union (Google Cloud) and protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
