Data Protection Notice (GDPR & KVKK)

This notice is prepared under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Flatmine is operated by Kaira Digital Arts S.R.L. (Braşov, Romania).

What data and why: identity/contact details (email, name), management data (unit, dues, account ledger) and technical logs are processed for providing the service, account security, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

Legal bases: formation/performance of a contract, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations and, where required, explicit consent. Processing is limited to and proportionate with the purpose.

Security log: for account security and the accountability of financial records, a limited set of events is stored (sign-in, reversal of a money record, cascade deletion, removal of a protection setting, ownership transfer). Each entry holds the time, your account, your connection address (IP) and browser information; the pages you visit or the records you read are not stored. These entries are deleted automatically after 365 days and you can see your own entries from your account.

Transfer and storage: data is processed only by authorised persons and to the extent the service requires; it is not sold to third parties for marketing. Hosting is in the European Union (Google Cloud) and protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Your rights: under the law of the country you are in (KVKK Art. 11 in Turkey, the GDPR in the EU, the corresponding law elsewhere): to learn whether your data is processed, request information, rectification, erasure, object to processing and request remedy of damages.
