Flatmine brings the management of residential complexes, apartment buildings, shopping malls, business centres and mixed-use communities together in one modern platform. It offers dues and shared-expense tracking, an income–expense ledger, resident and account (individual/company) management, per-person statements and reporting - in a multilingual, fast and secure way.

Our goal is to solve the three biggest problems of community living - transparency, tracking and communication - with technology. In Flatmine every charge is itemised, every payment is recorded and every balance is instantly clear. Management sees only aggregate indicators such as totals, ratios and counts rather than exposing who owes what; personal privacy is protected.

Built on a modern architecture, Flatmine works in nine languages and adapts to the currencies and local expectations of different countries. It lightens the manager's workload while winning residents' trust through transparency.

Security is not an afterthought for us but a design principle from the start: two-factor authentication, bot protection and hosting in European Union data centres are standard.
